The following information will be needed for the jury to make final selection and for the audiovisual presentation.

1. A C.V that supports your nomination in your category.

2. One page letters of support from others who have been involved with you Please enclose support material illustrating you or your candidates abilities and achievements. This may include press clippings Please supply eight photographs. These are preferably on cd, but photos and slides are ok. Please clearly mark with your name. These photos should include

• One full-face portrait.
• 4 photos, which illustrate the candidate involved in their discipline
• 3 photos of the candidate in informal day to day activities
• The Angel Awards Annual Okanagan Arts Awards of Distinction
